I am looking forward to another great year.  This year I am going to be racing for the Sport Factory out of Atlanta. They are a great coaching service; with a long history of success bring athletes like myself to the next level.  My coach is Brett Daniels and he will work with Matt Russ to develop a plan to bring me up to the next level at the 70.3 distance. From that “speed” I am going to try and build my endurance to maintain it for Ironman Florida in November.

Power Bar has given me support for almost 10 years, back when I was in Atlanta and playing water polo for Dynamo. I want be able to make many polo tournaments this year, but still like to get in and play when I am in Atlanta. I am on the Power Bar Elite team again this year and will continue to use all there products.

I am going to try and focus a long more on triathlons this year. I will be doing some track races and continue to race with the Cane Creek/Masi team on the fixed gear. I will not be doing must road racing this year.

I got a Power tap to use in training and racing this year. Hopefully, this will help with pacing in races and make me push a little harder in training.

I have not had much time to pursue sponsors very much this year, I am hoping to have a break through year and get picked up by some great companies next year.
